Food packaging bags are in direct contact with food, and the materials used must meet food-grade standards to ensure food safety and no pollution while extending the shelf life of food.packaging manufacturers    ,At present, the materials commonly used in food packaging bags are divided into the following categories:

 

PE (polyethylene): It has excellent gas barrier, oil barrier and aroma retention, which is beneficial to the moisturizing of food. Moreover, PE has good plasticity and is not easily deformed and damaged as a packaging material.

 

PP (polypropylene): transparent material, good gloss, easy to process, high tear resistance, high impact strength, water resistance, moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, can be used normally at 100 ℃ ~ 200 ℃.

 

Aluminized film (aluminum + PE): The main component of the composite packaging bag is aluminum foil, which is silver-white, non-toxic and tasteless, oil-resistant and temperature-resistant, soft and plastic, and has good barrier properties and heat-sealing properties.

 

Different materials have different properties and uses. In our practical application, we mainly use different production processes and materials to make food packaging bags with different requirements such as moisture-proof, oil-proof, oxygen-proof, shading, and fragrance preservation.
